Please make sure that your internet connection has minimum 540 kbps speed. It is required for the video stream to get transmitted.
It is recommended that you check your internet speed before you enter interview room. If you are getting slow speed then see if you can pause your other internet usage so that you can get max speed on the device you are taking the interview on.
